
(Alaska) Regional Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor Training:
Below is a summary of my Chemical Dependency training. Majority of my formal training is through the Regional Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor Training (RADACT) program in Anchorage, Alaska. I also completed a 681-hour practicum at Southcentral Foundation working with male youth in residential treatment. I obtained my board certification as a Chemical Dependency Counselor Technician in May of 2015. In January of 2016, I became a board certified Chemical Dependency Counselor I. Chemical dependency counseling requires ongoing training. The summary information below only contains my initial training. |
