An Amazing Month

Reflecting on this month all I can say is what an amazing time. I clocked over 300 hours of work between the Pathway Home and the Charlie Elder House in a single month. This is compared to the 160 hours most people with full time jobs work. I am grateful for the opportunity to help build lasting positive experiences in the lives of youth who are either homeless or whose family are unwilling or unable be with them during this time in their lives.

During the festive season it is important to create positive memories which will last a life time. It is my pleasure to provide stability, consistency, reliability, guidance, and empathy to these youth, especially to those who routinely and historically experience chaos, uncertainty and trauma. I am appreciative to be able to leave lasting marks on their lives.

I am also pleased to hear that I was congratulated by The Pathway Home as Employee of the Month! Here is the certificate with a statement from the leadership team. It reads, “Ezra is very self-motivated. He is constantly looking for ways to improve the services that are provided to the customer-owners. He is positive and thoughtful and easy to work with.” What outstanding accolades. Thank you Southcentral Foundation and The Pathway Home for recognizing my positive contribution to our program. The acknowledgement is well received and appreciated.
