Residential Manager, Children & Youth Services

Managed a level 2 state-licensed residential facility, providing emergency shelter for any youth under the age of 18, in the northernmost city in the United States. Oversaw daily operations, designed programmatic improvements, implemented streamlining measures, and developed group life skills curriculum. Clinical supervision of 15 behavioral health professionals as part of a milieu treatment team.

Supervisor, Clinical Associates-Residential

Directed therapeutic group home for Alaska indigenous female youth who experience severe emotional disturbances, behavioral and chemical dependency issues. Oversaw daily operations, co-supervision of 47 FTE, designed programmatic improvements, implemented streamlining measures, and developed group life skills curriculum. Clinical supervision of between 6 and 14 direct service professionals part of a milieu team. Conducted group and individual therapy and supervised integrated care team delivery of behavioral, chemical dependency and health services. Served 70 male and 18 female youth during tenure.
